      Pros

      The people are incredibly smart, mission driven, and fun.

      Cons

      Gossipy culture, low morale, and feels like there's a lot of "hurry up and wait." A lot of things that are "extremely high priority" and we are made to do a lot of work but then it's never used. Also WAY too much reporting / justifying the team's existence, almost constantly.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
