      Lynker Technologies has made improvements to this program by installing a 401k Plan with a match as well as a bonus for high quality work and a "professional " attitude and work performance.

      Cons

      Like the contractors before; Lynker has a very weak HR and payroll department.

      Their pay is capped based on the contract; personal preference - I wish there were hybrid options.
