      Pros

      I feel like I am well taken care of. Lynker offers many benefits including being an employee owned company.

      Cons

      We only get 15 days of PTO per year which includes sick leave. We do also get 11 holidays, but I have a really hard time managing only 15 days of PTO.

      Excellent company to work for. Their Learning Services program is top notch.

      Cons

      Their pay is capped based on the contract; personal preference - I wish there were hybrid options.
