The staff genuinely care about the residents, and there are many employees who go above and beyond to ensure residents receive compassionate care. Leadership has been receptive to feedback and has shown a willingness to address clinical and operational concerns as they arise. Overall, this facility has a solid foundation with employees who are committed to resident care. For nurses and leaders who enjoy problem-solving and making a positive impact, it can be a very rewarding place to work.

Agency usage is high but the facility is actively recruiting full time and part time employees and I have no doubt the open positions will be filled soon.
