I started working for Lyon Living as an Administrative Assistant and have grown over the last 7 years into the Development Manager position. I've had the opportunity to experience the culture changes and am very thankful for all the perks. These perks really show Lyon's commitment to the employee experience: 1. Lunchtime group workout classes at one of our top notch fitness centers. It's an awesome way to form new relationships with associates from other departments and it helps battle the 3PM lull. I pay $40 a month and our CEO picks up the rest. 2. Pet Ambassador Program - you can sign up on the calendar to bring your dog to work. 3. Meals prepared by a Chef at the same property that has the fitness center. I put in my order before the workout and then it's ready for pick-up right after the class. 4. Tons of company events (baby showers, bridal showers, project updates, department updates, beer tasting). The events aren't uptight and allow you to mingle. You don't ever feel forced to go; you want to go. 5. There are a lot of really caring people who work for Lyon and I've made a lot of long lasting friendships. 6. The CEO encourages you to be creative and wants your feedback.
