Thank you for editing your response to remove the comments about offered benefit plans. Lyon Living is proudly one of the few companies offering a substantial decrease in the monthly employee benefit contribution for our full benefit plan options that haven't decreased a bit in coverage from last year's offerings! Most of our employees have reached out cheering about this improvement extended by our CEO. This year we've also rolled out a new training program that will continue to be enhanced throughout 2019. We are excited for you to participate and consider updating your review again. We encourage you to reach out to a member of the HR team so that we can learn more about your concerns and allow us to consider them when we are looking at further enhancements to our employee relations initiatives.

Pros

The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

Cons

If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
