      Pros

      Yearly Company events for family and friends. Free sodas in the fridge. There's not a whole lot of pros.

      Cons

      They let you go when profits are low or when they don't meet their sales quota. When they do let you go it is about some bs reason they make up such as you were being condescending towards someone and won't tell you who so you can't have any argument back. If you don't want to pay the severance then just say so. Don't make up bs excuses to fire someone just so you don't have to pay the severance.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Cons

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
