      Great company to work for - good benefits, retirement, pay.

      Cons

      No path for advancement. When they say "We champion people", they only mean those that are High Potentials. For everyone else, you're just there to get the job done and left to your own advices to work your way up. Managers don't encourage, train, lead.

      Great experience and well known chemical manufacturing, minimal layoff since org continuously runs lean, in office environment with heavy commute for most

      Cons

      Lower pay offering versus their competitors in chemical commodities or O&G, long hours expected for salary employees, extremely lean organization
