Pros

Offer 10 min break for every two hour work. 30 min lunch break. work location is good. Good benefits. Strong bank on east coast. strong credit culture. substantial investment in training programs. large amount of community involvement, from both the bank and individual employee level.

Cons

Very difficult to get promoted. Push you to meet your sales quota everyday. Limited training. Poor management. Low Salary. Hard to meet sales goals. lack of team spirits. Unprofessional colleagues. Very conservative business strategies. they run a very tight ship. that means they do more with less and specifically means that even during busy times, they are cautious to hire. Also means that there is a high amount of focus on expenses to include salary expenses.

Pros

The team members were generally supportive, and the role offered exposure to probate and estate administration. It can be a starting point for gaining experience in a specialized area of banking.

Cons

Many of the advertised benefits of the role did not align with the day-to-day reality. Opportunities for growth, training, and process improvement were limited, and the workload often felt driven by volume rather than quality. Communication and expectations could be inconsistent, making it difficult to feel supported or set up for long-term success.
