Pros
they do a lot of community work and volunteer work.
Cons
They say they leave the decision to work remote to direct managers but then come down hard on them to get their team into the office as much as possible. If you have worked here for more than 2 years you are likely underpaid. They are bringing on junior admins at 100k minimum. Once you start don't expect anything higher than 3% raise on a good year. Expect your yearly rating to be on how popular you are, not on your skill level. if you put your head down and do great work but don't speak up or do presentations you will be passed up for promotion by someone who is an extrovert. The more you talk to managers (not necessarily about work) and get your name around, the better chance people will recall your name during reviews.
