Pros
The company has a good employee retention plan and a well-structured method to promote employees every 2-3 years. Also, each employee is well aware of responsibilities and company structure. Training is also widely available for career enhancement.
Cons
There is little room for advancement after the 12 to15 year mark at the company. Lack of diversity is also a problem.
