Pros
There are some great people that I work with and a handful of motivating and enthusiastic leaders who genuinely care for the success of the organization and their employees.
Cons
You know the saying "action speaks louder then words", unfortunately M&T has it backwards. They preach all day about DEI but in the end, M&T falls short. On more than one occasion I have witnessed three women have nervous and/or emotional breakdowns due to the hostile environment created by their managers. These women on numerous occasions have gone to the manager above to share their negative experiences and treatment by their manager, only to be ignored by management and no disciplinary actions or coaching of the manager . Further, with continuous abuse by the manager, a co-worker went to employee relations to escalate the matter and was fired a week later. The firing of the employee was clearly a message to rest of the team - management comes first, watch what you say.
