Pros
While working with M2w, I felt as if I was valued. As a Regional Marketing Manager, balancing between keeping my BA team and Client happy took hours of dedication each day. What I liked about M2w was that your efforts didn't go unnoticed. After my senior management had received positive feedback about me from the client, it was the President that took notice by rewarding me with a FREE trip for TWO to Cancun, Mexico! The president also saw potential in me and offered to pay for specific training courses to groom me into a better employee in this industry. The pay was great and benefits were included. In comparison to a few other companies, I also feel as if M2w valued their BA team. My market was planning to put together a BA Incentive program that encouraged BA's to work hard in hopes of winning free trips to NYC and cash prizes. Although we didn't get to execute, the President still came to market to host a special dinner for Allstar BA's with gift cards and recognitions. My senior management was also someone that always was there to help, give advice and have my back. Overall, M2w provided a great culture in a sometimes stressful and unpredictable industry.
Cons
Your job is sort of in the hands of the client. I would have loved to manage different programs for more job security.
