Pros

Friendly co-workers and great sales experience.

Cons

THEY DON'T PAY THE NYC EMPLOYEES. How am i supposed to keep working if they don't pay for travel expenses nor do they give pay us for the work we did. Some employees haven't been paid for 4 or 5 months. Unbelievable. Please pay us NYC employees.

It's now August and this specific Brand Ambassador presented some fraudulent labor tactics, as you can see there is only one of these for NY in a market where we have thousands of Brand Ambassadors. I doubt that falsifying employment documents or getting time sheets in months later with inaccurate information is tolerated by any company.

Pros

My tenured career of 14 years has been an incredible journey...learning, doing and traveling so many places along the way. I've never had a "behind a desk" job and don't plan on it. Our M2W team is amazing one. We've lost a few along the way and those friendships will never be forgotten. More importantly, our client list, the relationships that have grown is a huge reason why i've worked for this company so long. Great clients and great companies!

Cons

We're a lean company so i find myself working alone and a lot. But that's a part of the business. Our events are on weekends and that means traveling...love it either way. Company culture - if you own a dog, welcome to the team. Thank God we're not a "Cat" company, I'd be sneezing all day. Unfortunately, we don't see all of our team members but only a few times a year, albeit at Markets Conferences or larger events and sometimes Director meetings. The con: one man team with assistant. The Pro: I can get more done in one day at home, then in an office. Time management, self sufficient, boss never micro manages...meet your deliverable and complete your deliverables, then i can walk the dog or golf 19.
