Pros

For the most part people are nice to you. They are willing to help you and make sure you succeed. The HR department does a great job with trying to help all of the employees that come in the best they can. If you get the right manager you are pretty much set. Food every other Friday. Long Xmas/New Year break

Cons

Even if you are doing your best unless you are doing serious brown nosing there is no movement upwards. The company starts you off with great perks and they take them away and pretty much tell you to deal with the changes. (Perks include working from home, Remote employment and Company Phone) If you have any issues with people that are well liked or brown nose alot nothing will ever get done. It just gets swept under the rug. The only time something happens is when you have a great manager.

Pros

Flexibility, good pay, nice people.

Cons

The company has a good heart and good ideas, but it always executes poorly. The only constant through all of the failures is the CEO.
