Good PTO programs, separates sick time in its own bucket. Volunteers days, appreciation days and seems to really take reviews seriously. Easy access to policies and presiders
Cons
The base pay needs to be reviewed across the board for on site employees. I don’t think it reflects fully the amount of work that is done and the knowledge that is needed for management roles.
