Cons
(Un)conscious bias is an issue throughout Procurement. The vast majority of Directors+ are Danish men with a similar personality type - in many discussions you will hear overt bias. The organization is trying so hard to become process-oriented that initiatives are sometimes pursued blindly. People are overly focused on KPIs and not generating true value to the organization.
