Pros
Management very obviously cares about employees. Benefits are nice, maybe not as competitive as other companies but still pretty good Depending on the project they are very flexible about how you work
Cons
Management level decisions sometimes seem chaotic, and there aren't very clear ways to communicate with them about how it ends up affecting employees, but they do take efforts to hear from employees.
