Pros
Professional work environment and competitive salary; The company is good at hiring talented individuals and Program Managers and the various programs that I worked on seemed to be well run; Benefits are competitive with surrounding industry; The company can typically retain many individuals due to the moderate work environment
Cons
If your contract is ending, the company offers little help in finding other positions within the company; No profit sharing or bonuses for "regular" professionals even if SLAs are met; The key to longevity with the company is finding new work for yourself if your position or contract is ending or ends, otherwise you will be let go.
