Pros
Mike Rickman, the Benefits Manager at ManTech, was very responsive and personable when he responded to my request for assistance. He picked up the phone about an hour after I contacted HR instead of simply sending an email, and he called again later with follow-up questions to make sure he understood the issue and the outcome I was looking for. I felt like he was working for me. Within a couple of hours, Mike was able to resolve my benefits issue and alleviate all of my concerns. He called me back afterhours on a Friday evening to let me know that everything had been taken care of and that I would not have to worry about this issue in the future. That’s the kind of remarkable and efficient support team you will have when you join ManTech.
Cons
I try to be balanced and critical in my reviews, after all, no one is perfect, but right now I really can't think of any cons to working for ManTech.
