Could be a lot better - Program Manager MANTECH Employee Review

Everything happens at HQ and GSUs don't have the same opportunities to train and promote. Engagement activities at HQ are amazing (trips, big events, employee's welcome packages and prizes) but the GSUs have less than decent ones. Barely any female in management positions, especially in the GSUs. Most of us are just a number that are contractually required making your opportunities to grow very difficult. Managers promise to do everything you want when you tell them that you are leaving the company and nothing happens after. Due to that is very hard to develop trust and commitment to the team and the company.
