      Great experience during orientation and over all onboarding process. Everyone is super helpful, and easy to connect. Offers a plethora of professional learning and personal development opportunities. The turn around time for requests made with any department is impressive. Great and supportive company culture for professional development, personal growth and stability.

      Cons

      I am yet to experience any, if there are any. So far it is been amazing.

      Pros

      ManTech truly understands how to welcome new talent. Over my 10-year career, I’ve been through several corporate onboarding processes, and ManTech’s is easily the gold standard. The recruiting team was transparent, responsive, and highly organized. When it came to onboarding, everything was streamlined, modern, and stress-free, allowing me to focus on getting up to speed rather than fighting bureaucracy.

      Cons

      It's a large government contractor, so expect the standard compliance and paperwork requirements, but the team makes it as painless as possible.
