Going nowhere fast with upper management and HR - Recruiter MAS Medical Staffing Employee Review

It’s a continuous beat down. Recruiters are treated poorly by other staff and take the hit for things multiple coworkers (non-recruiters) tend drop the ball on. Team leads are ok most of the time, but the sales manager, upper management & HR have poor ways of showing appreciation, respect and pride in their employees... and they wonder why they can’t keep anyone there. Hard to talk with HR on concerns because of fear of judgement/she is very biased.
