Lacking communication - Staffing Coordinator MAS Medical Staffing Employee Review

Constantly having management breathing down you back, yelling, telling you that you werent doing enough (even when exceeding number of hours scheduled for the week/month). Treated as if you were replaceable and quick to throw you under the bus if anything bad happened. Watched as employees were told no and even belittle because they made a simple request for a particular day off. Management would say they never received time off or schedule requests just so they could force the employees to work hard to fill shifts. Upper Management was nice to your face and then you could hear them talking badly about you when they went into their office.
