Management picks their favorites and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's work who is not in their club. Extremely absent team lead and back office manager who don't want to put in the time to coach and train employees. Employees inevitably make mistakes and we would get pulled into weekly meetings where the back office manager and credentialing team lead would tell us how terrible we are at our jobs. Many team members would directly ask for more guidance and express that getting a response back from leadership would take hours to even days on end and the two lazy "leaders" would say we need to figure it out on our own. Rinse and repeat.
