Oh where to start….welp the Grinch stole Christmas here. Or grinches…there are multiple. Literally I thought I would work here forever when I worked from 2020-2021. Upon the new year, changes started and then never stopped. If you love being micromanaged then this is the place for you! You are asked to produce numbers that you never have before in a market that is constantly pushing you down. You have martinis on lunch break just to make it through the day. You watch your friends and colleagues slowly be eaten by the swamps of despair and spend every minute when you are NOT at work thinking about work and how much you hate your job. The CEO sees you as a number for production and then there’s HR..what’s that?! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor.
