Badly treated as an employee, management are on a powertrip, very unsafe on the shopfloor, health and safety officer is a health and safety risk himself, management do not care about employee issues and safety issues until bad accidents occur, and iv seen this happen myself, most of the equipment is unsafe to use. A few of the management have been caught selling windows and doors on the side, but nothin has been done about that, if anyone gets caught smoking they have final warnings after final warning, but if you work there and step outside 3 minutes before clocking out you will get the sack it does not make any sense. Two good workers had the sack because of this.
