This company could be so much better - Anonymous employee MAT Holdings Employee Review

No training available, everyone basically teaches themselves good or bad. The company is based on a very cheap business model (save a penny to spend a dollar). Not good at building their own brands, MAT leans on private label partners to build market share. In general it's a sad atmosphere, not many people are excited to be there.
