Nepotistic and Toxic work environment. The director of customer service and the customer service supervisor have an extremely toxic relationship that is solely based on nepotism. Upper management allows the behavior to continue, and will do nothing to intervene. The two of them gossip and talk poorly of other employees to other employees. Which means the negativity spreads like fire. The supervisor, if you want to call her that, is ignorant and couldn’t put together an excel formula if you gave her step by step instructions. Putting someone with this level of incompetence in charge of other employees is bewildering. The new general manager micromanages to a degree that surpasses your wildest imagination. It is an unhealthy work environment for everyone. It wasn’t until leaving did I understand how toxic these two women were.
