Pros
Great place to get your foot in the door as an electrician. They do commercial construction and service and residential service. I was placed with a good mentor who taught me a lot. The experienced guys are helpful. My supervisor was understanding. They offer overtime where you make good pay.
Cons
They don't do residential construction, so you won't really have the opportunity to learn to wire a new house. I worked on constructing part of a school for several months.
