Pros

People you can depend on are not decision makers.

Cons

Is a consultant company but managers and executives do not want to take care of its employees. Too many issues to mention. Just an example: the company conduct any kind of company meetings but employees have to make up the time they attend. The company wants its employees to get acquainted during lunch but they have to make up the hours if it goes over their 30 minute lunch break without taking into consideration of how long it takes them to get to the meeting place. No other incentives but 3% of your salary will be put in your retirement plan annually but HERE is the catch: you MUST start from 01st of Jan and have at least 1000 working hours to qualify. No Christmas party nor thank you the employees for making them money. Salary employees only means that employees have 2 weeks to make up the time that was taken during those 2 work weeks. It really is hourly salary disregard of whether you are salary or hourly status. Since the pandemic started, not a single executive or manager send out an email to check how their employees doing but once every 2 weeks, they want you to turn in your time sheets on time so they can bill the customer.

Pros

MBACSi is a government contracting company. They do a good job of walking the fine lines that are required of staff aug contracting. If you have been on a staff aug contract then you know what I'm saying.

Cons

Most employees work at a customer location so their "work experience" has a more to do with the customer than the company which can be hard for people not used to working for a contracting company.
