Corporate Company with 'Mom-and-Pop-shop' mentality - Management MC2 Employee Review

They will start you at $20 meanwhile workers who have been there for uears get maybe $4 more than you.

Laughable management. You have a shop Foreman who only knows about farming. Got his job because he knows someone. Direct supervisors disrespectful to employees. No life work balance at all, if you like not seeing your family while ypur managers go home to see there's then this is the plave for you. If you are not liked you will be fired. Meanwhile the farmer shop supervisor can take forklifts off company property and have employees drive them down major roads for his personal business he runs on the side. Also shop foreman can borrow a brand new box truck hit a tree almost rip the roof off and its swept under the rug.
