The designers are some of the best in the biz, collaborative environment, some of the account leads help lead a project through completion

When COVID hit, the company had an opportunity to rebrand as an agency, but did not see the value in doing so and kept reiterating the importance of returning to “normal.” No raises for a few years and the people who kept the lights on during COVID were not rewarded, but told to “think about how hard things are for the company and furloughed employees right now.” I found out toward the end of my time that another manager was taking credit for my work and ideas. Forced return to office when people were working remotely perfectly well.
