8yThank you for taking the time to offer us such candid feedback. High turnover can be a cause of excess overtime - and that is really hard on our associates. We're sorry to hear that you were impacted by this.
Harassment is something that we stand against. We have training, policies, and leadership in place to help prevent such conduct.
Although this is not the positive feedback we hope to hear from our current and former employees, it is certainly feedback that will help us improve. We are putting an emphasis on reviewing our turnover data and drawing from insights and trends to make us better.
