Pros
The rotating shift was great, two 3 day weekends a month. The people was great and the pay was outstanding. Overall a great company to work for.
Cons
12 hour shifts was hard on people but I was on a forklift 90% off the time. Your only allowed to drink water while on the floor. Very strict about that. Some people had mins with time deadlines that were unmeetable.
