      There are no pros and your always wondering when you suddenly won't have a job anymore.

      Cons

      Abusive supervisors threatening to have the place closed down. Threatening demeanor and unrealistic job performance demands. Feeling of worthlessness projected from the supervisors to their employees. Scared and hostile employees.
