5yIt looks like you are no longer with the company but we are interested in understanding your comment about pay and raises. Compensation, especially when you are new in a role, should be a very clear and transparent discussion where increases are closely linked to performance and skills. In terms of other comments about the corporate office, much of the current situation is based upon most of the corporate office team currently working remotely. The conference room investments were certainly more regularly used when everyone was in the office and we look forward to using them more in the future as well!
