Very demanding job - Quality Control MCC Employee Review

This is a difficult topic and your feedback is very timely. While we are fortunate to have been working consistently, even through Covid, there is no doubt that this consistent work has created its' own challenges. We are currently focusing on hiring and retention so that we can address our production plan without relying on overtime.
