Pros
The team has been very welcoming and helpful at all levels and there is a friendly vibe. Management is very competent and practices a servant leadership style: they drive very clear expectations, but they make a point of asking and acting on what they can do to help employees succeed. This team has had to work hard through the pandemic, but there is still a people-oriented focus on work-life balance, competitive pay and showing appreciation with a little fun. From a business standpoint I am impressed with the well-structured policy deployment process and the use of Lean daily management with direct daily engagement of all employees.

I don't really have any cons. I feel very good about how this team identifies problems and puts action plans in place to address them.
