Pros
Decent benefits. "3 on / 4 off" then "4 on / 3 off" schedule offers a strange but decent work/life balance. Culture is "come in, do your thing, go home" no clingy peering into your personal life. Blast your favor music, not volume control or selection permission required. Breakrooms are well stocked.
Cons
High chemical exposure, if you are sensitive you have been warned. Little to no room to grow. Hairnets and beard nets for all but the smoothest of heads and closest of shaves everywhere except breakrooms.
