Pros
Its a good place to be employed with competitive salary, good benefits flexible hours and generally decent people to work with.
Cons
Top Management are awful business people so every few years the organization goes thru a fiscal crisis of its own making. They tend to promote and hire people that are not particularity competent, that way they are not a threat to jobs of the people who hired them.
