Pros
Free Benefits beware. Although that is great, keep in mind that you pay 1000 a year in parking fees, 8 percent of paycheck goes to manadatory retirement fund and you have to pay copays.
Cons
This is considered state employment and there are policies in place that enable MD Anderson to form their own policies. You aren't protected by TWC because TWC protects state agencies. There aren't unions.
