The working environment at MD Anderson promotes growth. Every employee is valued and whatever their responsibilities are, it is always aligned to the mission of the hospital. Of course, the benefits are great!
Cons
Because of the recent surveys from several agencies, the employees especially individuals who are involved in direct patient care, are feeling the pressure and the demands of the several changes in their workflow. Otherwise, the hospital is always a great place to work.
