Pros

Benefits are great and that’s the only good thing about it

Cons

Parking suck and they are thieves Department is super toxic with lots of favoritism Unrealistic production and QA numbers High turnover rate. Seven employees quit, got fired or chose to retire early in a span of a year. 3+ individuals got let go at beginning of pandemic in March 2020 and brought onboard 40+ temp contractors to make up for the loss. Management ONLY care about numbers. A lot of new hires don’t last because the system is broken. Nobody speaks up for fear of getting fired. Managers only care about you meeting numbers or placed in probation sooner than later. No accomodations whatsoever. Department culture is just toxic. Managers micromanage a lot and don’t care about their direct reports. You have to watch your back or you will get stabbed in the back. Only those that have been there 10- 12+years have tenure in company and don’t get bothered by management
