low pay, high stress, will overwork you without even showing gratitude but will instead act as if your in trouble for not doing enough, high turnover, cronyism, incompetent departmental management/leadership, lie to employees constantly, follow rules/procedures only when they can save a buck and completely ignore them when they cant , don't care about employees and/or their well being
