Pros

Consistently ranked the 1st or 2nd cancer treatment center in the country, respected world wide, positive workplace culture, cafeterias with healthy options, a workout center on site, several coffee shops on site, lots of free educational opportunities, promote growth for their employees careers. Magnet facility for nursing. Good benefits.

Cons

Employees have to pay for parking which is very expensive (About $80 a month for a garage that is not attached to the building, over $150 a month for one that is). Long wait times for patients. Not very streamlined computer systems however they are transitioning to a better EHR so should improve.
