Cons
Harassment of employees by tenured staff is shoved under the carpet and employee that was harassed is fired by company. Bad, bad, because the crazy scientist type doctors sometimes have personality disorders and are kept around for their genius. The companies large department of lawyers will ensure nothing happens to their geniuses.
