Benefits, good insurance (for American standards), Matching contributions, FSA. Good gym.
Cons
Management demands working overtime without pay. Mistreating management. Unfairness in job distribution. No help from HR. They use visa sponsorship as threat for complying with their demands. No life/work balance. No salary negotiation possible for internationals, even when staggering inflation. Few to none PTO and have to use for medical issues/maternity leave.
