      Pros

      Great great benefits, and people generally are a lot nicer here. In terms of PTO, manage better than most healthcare places -- give you 3 days off fro Christmas. Sick days. AB4 so you can use this if you are leaving work less than 4 hours early

      Cons

      Tons of politics. Lots of pressure to see high volume and complex patients. Your experience is very department dependent.
