Pros
MD Anderson has one of the best benefits packages in TMC, there are ample mentorship opportunities to help nurses in the company, depending on the department there is an excellent culture of teamwork
Cons
Biggest con is there doesn't seem to be consistency in the way the different inpatient departments are ran. Overall there is still an issue with enough staffing but no push to hire more staff. It can also be expensive working here. Parking is not free and only discounted if you have a monthly contract. It can take years to get a contract so many have to pay full price at the garages. Also, employees only get a 10% discount at the cafe.
